摘要
金属化技术问题使碳纤维复合材料在航空航天领域的应用受到很大限制。化学镀铜工艺是碳纤维复合材料实现金属化的重要途径。文中介绍了碳纤维复合材料的化学镀铜工艺研究过程,采用单因素试验方法进行一系列试验,得出了较好的化学镀铜溶液配比。主要研究了化学镀铜溶液中铜离子含量、pH值、甲醛含量、温度、搅拌因素对化学镀铜的影响。根据化学镀铜的反应机理以及影响镀层沉积速率和镀层外观的不同因素,最终得出碳纤维复合材料化学镀铜的最佳工艺范围。
Metallization technical problems restrict the application of carbon fiber composite material in the field of aviation and aerospace.Electroless copper plating is an important method for the metallization of carbon fiber composite.This article describes the process of electroless copper plating on the carbon fiber composite materials,using a single-factor test method to complete a series of experiments,a better ratio of electroless copper plating solution is obtained.Impacts of copper ion content,pH,formaldehyde content,temperature,stirring factor of the solution on electroless copper plating are mainly researched.According to the reaction mechanism of electroless copper plating and various factors influencing the deposition rate and coating appearance,optimum process parameters for electroless copper plating are obtained finally.
