摘要
复合材料质轻强度高,可设计性、耐腐蚀性能及电性能好,热性能良好,工艺性能优良。文中简要介绍了复合材料的组成、性能特点、成型特点及在电子装备中的应用,针对不同技术要求的制件成型,阐述了成型工艺以及对成型工艺装置的设计要求;通过对不同复合材料零件成型工艺装置的设计说明,较详细地介绍了工艺装置的组成、各部分功能、设计要求及成型零件的脱模方式,总结了复合材料成型模的设计要点及注意事项。
Composite material is characterized by light weight,high strength,good designability,good electrical and thermal performance,good corrosion resistance and excellent technological properties.The composition,performances and features of composites as well as its application to electronic devices are introduced briefly in this paper.According to forming of each different composite,the design requirements of forming process and forming devices are also described.By describing the design requirements of forming process of different composite parts,composition of the forming devices,the functions of each part,the design requirements and methods of mold release are introduced in detail.The main points and notes of composite forming mould design are summarized,too.
