一种分布式爆炸震动测试仪设计

摘要 震动测试仪器按照体系组成结构可分为集中式和便携式两种。在进行大规模爆炸震动测试时,集中式测试仪器布线复杂,单体便携式仪器远程调试和同步控制不够灵活。针对这些不足,本文提出了一种基于总线连接、无线通信和USB数据传输的新型分布式爆炸震动测试仪设计方案,并进行了硬件实现,测试结果表明该测试仪布线简单,远程调试与同步控制方便,而且具有较高的测试精度。 Vibration testing instruments can be classified as central type and portable type according to their struc- tures. The wiring of vibration testing instruments of central type is complex and the remote debugging and synchro- nous control of vibration testing instruments of portable type are not flexible in large-scale explosion experi- ments. Aiming at the disadvantages of the two types of instruments, a new type of distributed explosion vibration tes- ting instrument based on bus connection, wireless and USB communication is brought forward, and its design pat- tern and circuit are described in this paper. Test results show that the vibration testing instrument can achieve good testing accuracy, and has easier wiring of test cables compared to vibration testing instruments of central type and can be debugged and controlled remotely and more flexibly compared to vibration testing instruments of portable type.
