摘要 铁路客运专线牵引所亭内传统的电缆沟引入盘柜模式已被电缆夹层取代,合理利用电缆夹层内的空间布局对电缆施工、运营维护至关重要。近年来所采用的电缆夹层多为分层式桥架结构的电缆支架,杭甬客运专线综合分析传统桥架在电缆敷设及夹层空间利用上存在的诸多弊端,将其传统桥架的分层式结构优化为分离式构架,即把二次电缆与中压电缆从空间上分离布局,其低压电缆采用棚顶吊架引入,中压电缆则采用"丰"字型钢型桥架地面安装敷设,从而避免了电缆交叉,并且施工便利,安全可靠,布局也更加科学合理、美观。 Railway passenger dedicated line traction of the pavilion and traditional cable channel into the cabinet model has been replaced by cable interlayer,reasonable cable interlayer space layout of cable is of vital importance to the construction,operation and maintenance.In recent years the cables interlayer are mostly hierarchical bridge structure of cable bracket.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the problems found in traditional cable laying and the interlayer space utilization,the Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Line changes hierarchical structure optimization for the separation structure,namely the separated layout of secondary cables and medium cable,the low voltage cable adopts ceiling hanger introduction,medium voltage cable adopts ground installation on '丰' steel bridge,thus avoiding the cable cross,and it is convenient,safe and reliable,the layout is more scientific and reasonable,beautiful.
