摘要
目前我国高校就业指导目标存在过度量化的趋势,过于注重毕业生的就业率而忽视职业发展能力,就业指导内容则缺乏系统性、时效性。因此,我国高校就业指导应明确初级目标、中级目标和高级目标,以规划大学生职业生涯为核心,以塑造大学生职业个性为主要任务,以促进大学生职业成熟为重点,切实增强大学毕业生的就业竞争力。
Nowadays,China's university targets of employment guidance have a trend to pay too much attention to the quantity and focus on the employment rate of graduates rather than the career development capability,lacking systematicness and timeliness in the guiding content.Therefore,in order to improve the employability and competitiveness of graduates,it is essential for China's universities to establish junior,middle and senior targets of employment guidance,with the planning of undergraduates' professional careers as the core,the molding of their professional character as primary mission and the promotion of their professional maturation as critical importance.
