摘要
设计了一种能够实现左右侧翻、床上排便等多功能医疗护理床。并以护理床为研究对象,用ADAMS进行建模,分析了翻板上的作用力、接触副的摩擦系数以及翻板的空间位置对电机转矩的影响。通过对床体主要机构的建模及动力学分析,计算出转矩的变化曲线图,找出对转矩大小有影响的三个因素,对于选择电机及安装结构有重要的指导作用。
The research develops a new muhifunctional nursing bed that can realize the movements of left and right side turning and stool on the bed for clinical use. And the ADAMS is used to analysis the effect to the motor torque according to the force on the rotated board, friction of contact pair and space position. Get the curve and the influence of torque by dynamic analysis on the model of the main mechanism, which has an important guiding role in selecting appropriate motor and installation structure.
