摘要
由于修井机底座的底部为四圈封闭的框架结构,在修井作业时无法避让抽油机基础,必须拆除基础后才能进行大修作业。为免去拆除基础的工作量和费用,根据现场需要对ZT135修井机底座进行了改造设计计算及结构应力测试。底座属于空间钢结构,在设计上采用安全系数法。根据安全系数计算出材料的许用应力。通过应用有限元分析软件对改造后的结构进行仿真分析,根据计算结果调整各构件的尺寸及相关结构,使结构的最大应力小于许用应力,满足结构强度要求。采用应力测试的方法对改造设计后的底座承载能力进行测试,确定改造后结构是安全的,说明对修井机底座的改造设计是可行的。
The foundation of oil pumping machine must be removed before workover operations, because the bottom frame of the workover rig substructure is closed, it can not span the oil pumping machine foundation, in or- der to eliminate the expends and workloads of removing foundations, transfomaation design for ZT135 workover rig substructure had been taken to meet the need of workover operation and the structure stress test had also been taken. Substructure is spatial steel structure, structure design abided by the safety factor method, from that to com- pute the allowable stress of material. Use finite element software to model the transformation structure, change the size of sections or add components to make sure the maximum stress of the substructure less than the allowable stress and meet strength requirements. Stress test had been carried to test the bearing capacity of the substructure, The results show that the transformation structure is safe. The transformation design about the workover rig substruc- ture is feasible.
