摘要
利用有限元法分析复杂空间分支轴系的横向振动。针对某型发动机的结构特点、连接关系,将其简化为一种复杂的空间分支轴系,建立有限元模型。在此基础上进行模态分析,并进一步计算轴承刚度、轴承阻尼对整个系统横向振动特性的影响,分析参数变化对轴承传递率的影响。为某型发动机减振设计提供了理论基础。
A complex space branch of the lateral method. According to the structural characteristics and vibration of the shafting is analyzed, using finite connected relationship of a certain type of engine, element simplify it to a complex space-branch shaft and establish finite element model. Based on the finite element model, calculate modal analysis, and further calculation of the bearing stiffness and bearing damping on the transverse vibration characteristics of the entire system, analysis of the impact of parameter variation on the bearing pass rate provides a theoretical basis for a certain type of engine vibration desizn.
