摘要
采用Fenton法对某石化企业污水处理厂二级处理后出水进行深度处理。实验结果表明:Fenton反应迅速,可快速降低CODCr,水样CODCr为(40~60)mg/L,pH值3—4,H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比为5∶1,H2O2(质量分数30%)投加量为0.6mL/L时,反应时间为30min,出水CODCr可降低至20 mg/L以下,可达到工业水回用标准的要求。
Advanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater by Fenton oxidation process was studied. The re- suits show that the COD can be removed quickly by Fenton oxidation. The CODcr of secondary treatment effluent is 40 ~ 60 mg/L, when the value of pH3-4, H202/Fe2+ = 5: 1, H202 ( mass fraction 30% ) dosage is 0. 6 mL/L, reaction time 30 min, effluent CODcr can be reduced to 20 mg/L, can achieve the industrial water reuse standard requirements.
