摘要
以冷模压工艺方法 ,在相同的工艺条件下 ,制备了一种纯炭材料及 6种炭 -铜纤维复合材料。测试了该 7种材料的电阻率、肖氏硬度、抗压强度、抗折强度、冲击韧性、气孔率及体积密度 ,观察了材料的显微组织结构。分析了影响材料性能的原因 ,探讨了提高复合材料机械强度的技术措施。
A kind of prue carbon and six kinds of carbon-copper fiber composites were prepared at the same technological conditions by cold-moulded technology way.The resistivity、hardness、impact strength、bending、strength、porosity and bulk density of these materials were tested,and their microstructure were observed.The reasons of influence on the materials properties were analyzed,the technique measures of increasing compostite material were discussed.
