中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘100例疗效分析

Curative Effect of Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of 100 Patients with Bronchitic Asthma

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将200例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各100例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医药治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94.0%,显著优于对照组的77.0%(P<0.01);两组治疗后各项肺功能指标均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合对支气管哮喘患者具有较为理想的效果,在改善患者肺功能方面效果更为显著,且安全有效,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the effects of integrative medicine in the treatment of patients with bronchitic asthma（BA）.Method：200 patients with BA were randomly devided into the observation group（n=100） and the control group（n=100）,the control group were treated with western medicine,and the observation group were treated with integrative medicine,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups.Result：The effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%,significantly higher than 77.0% in the control group（P0.01）;after the treatment,Lung function index of the two groups were all significantly higher than before（P0.05）,and the observation were significantly higher than the control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative Medicine has more satisfactory results in patients with bronchial asthma,especially in improving lung function,it is safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
