摘要
马克思与正义的关系是国外学者长期争论的论题之一。争论的焦点在于，马克思是否拒斥正义，马克思是否批判资本主义生产方式为非正义，共产主义社会能否超越正义，马克思是否反对分配正义。要厘清这些问题，只有在重读马克思、恩格斯经典著作的基础上，深入把握国外学者争论的实质，才能澄清马克思与正义的关系，从而厘定马克思正义思想的本质内涵。
The relationship between Marx and justice has been a quite controversial issue for scholars. The main focus of debate is whether Marx rejects justice, whether Marx criticizes capitalism is unjust, whether com- munist society is beyond justice and Marx opposes to distributive justice and other issues. If we base our argu- ment on rereading original articles of Marx and Engels, and grasping the essence of foreign scholarsj debate, we can clarify the relationship between Marx and justice, and determine the essential content of MarxJs justice ideas.
