某大型家居商场消防性能化设计与分析

On the Performance-based Fire Design Based on Some Large Furniture Market

近年来我国国民经济和城市化建设飞速发展,大型商场、大型体育场馆或会展中心等大型公共建筑的数量也日益增多,普遍存在防火分区面积大、疏散距离过长等防火设计问题。目前性能化防火设计已经成为建筑防火设计领域一个全球性的发展趋势,得到了越来越多的关注和应用,大型公共建筑即为应用领域之一。本案例采用性能化防火设计方法,应用"亚安全区"的设计思路,设计了4个中庭作为亚安全区,通过性能化设计分析设计方案的可行性,并提出优化设计建议。

There are an increasing number of super markets,stadiums and conference centers in recent years.The issues with these large buildings are that fire fighting compartments are too large and the evacuating distance is too long.Now performance-based fire design has becomes a global tendency in fire prevention designs.In this paper,performance-based design is adopted and the planning of quasi-safety zone is applied in four atrias and some optimized suggestions are made.
