On Strengthing and Innovating of Public Fire Management

对当前基层公安消防机构面临的社会矛盾纠纷的特点及发展态势进行分析和探讨,指出社会矛盾纠纷排查化解工作中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了基层公安消防机构创新矛盾纠纷排查化解的途径和方法。

This paper explains the current contradictions between grass-root fire department and the public and discusses the problems with handling these contradictions.Based on the discussion,this paper suggests some measures to cope with these contradictions.
