从火灾复核案件谈火灾事故调查能力的提高

A Study on Improving the Fire Accident Investigation Capacity in Terms of Fire Case Review

开展火灾事故调查工作,是公安消防机构的一项重要任务。要加强火灾事故调查工作,提高火灾事故调查人员的能力非常重要。从几起火灾复核案件中暴露出的问题入手,提出了提高火灾事故调查能力的途径和措施。

It is very important to perform a fire accident investigation by fire control departments of public security.To strengthen the fire accident investigation,it is imperative to improve the existing fire accident investigators＇ ability.According to problems exposed from several fire cases review,this paper puts forward the capability requirements that investigators should have order to fulfill fire accident investigation tasks.
