摘要
根据酚醛树脂生产工艺要求和树脂缩聚反应的特点,采用模糊控制技术,研制了以工控机MIC-2000/8为核心的生产过程的微机自动控制系统。介绍了系统的硬件配置及软件结构。运行实践表明,采用该系统后树脂质量有明显提高。
According to the technological requirements in the production of the phenolic resin, based on the features of the condensation reaction, a microcomputer control system on production process is developed with a industral control computer MIC - 2000/8 as the centre and using fuzzy control technology. The hardware and softeware of the system is introduced. The production practice shows that the quality of the resin is improved apparentlly after the system is applied.
