摘要
以聚硅烷 (PS) ,聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和钛酸四丁酯 (Ti(OBu) 4 )合成含碳量不同的聚钛碳硅烷 (PTC)先驱体 ,经熔融纺丝、不熔化处理、高温烧成制备出具有较好工艺性能和电阻率为 10 3Ω· cm~ 10 0 Ω· cm的富碳含钛碳化硅纤维 (Si- Ti- C- O纤维 )。运用 IR、GPC、VPO等分析手段系统地研究了富碳 PTC先驱体的合成 ,讨论了含碳量对纤维的制备工艺及纤维性能的影响。
Polytitanocarbosilanes(PTC) with different C content were synthesized by polysilane(PS), polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and Ti(OBu) 4 . Si Ti C O fibers with the specific resistance of 10 3 Ω·cm~10 0 Ω·cm were produced after melt spinning, curing in air and sintering in high temperature. By means of IR, GPC and VPO, the synthesis of PTC with abundant carbon was studied and the influence of PVC content on the preparation and properties of these Si Ti C O fibers was discussed.
