太西无烟煤镜质组、丝质组制备活性炭试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 用密度法分离富集了太西无烟煤镜质组、丝质组 ;以富集的太西无烟煤镜质组、丝质组为原料 ,经成型、炭化、活化等过程 ,制成活性炭 ;并研究了太西无烟煤镜质组、丝质组制备的活性炭性能。研究结果表明 :由于显微组分成因及化学性质不同 ,太西无烟煤镜质组制备的活性炭性能优于丝质组 ,可制备比表面 >16 0 0 m2 / g的优质活性炭产品。 Preparation of activated carbon from vitrinite and fusinite concentrated from Taixi anthracite using gravitational separation has been studied. The process consists of briquetting, carbonization and activation etc.. It was found that adsorption properties of activated carbon prepared from vitrinite is superior to those of activated carbon prepared from fusinite because of their different properties. The specific surface of activated carbon prepared from vitrinite is up to 1 600 m 2/g.
