Comment on the Inheritance and Innovation of the 18^(th) National Congress of CPC

文章充分肯定了十六大以来10年间我们党和国家事业发展所取得的辉煌成就,客观地分析了当下中国存在的自然生态"失衡"和社会政治生态"失衡"两个突出问题,积极评价了党的十八大的理论创新,特别是科学发展观的科学性,高度赞扬了以习近平为总书记的新一届中央领导集体上任一个多月来为实现十八大提出的宏伟目标而展开的一系列卓有成效的实践。

It is confirmed the significant achievements have been made by the Party and nation since the 16^th National Congress of CPC in this paper which analysis the two emerging problems： imbalanced natural ecology and imbalanced social political ecology in China in current situation, and evaluate positively about the theoretical innovation of the 18^th National Congress of CPC especially evaluate the scientifieity of the scientific development outlook. Besides, it praise highly about the effective practices did by the new elected central leadership of the CPC Central Committee with general secretary Xi Jinping within one month after they took the positions.
