摘要 以华北油田第一炼油厂催化裂化汽油和直馏汽油为基础油 ,以甲基叔丁基醚、二号苯为调合组分 ,并使用甲基环戊二烯基三羰基锰抗爆剂 ,进行了 90 #、93#和 95 #无铅车用汽油的调合。通过对各种调合组分及调合比例的对比试验研究 ,分别确定了90 #、93#和 95 #无铅汽油适宜的调合方案。全分析结果表明 ,产品完全符合 SH0 0 41-93行业标准。本研究结果可使华北石油管理局第一炼油厂汽油产品实现无铅化、系列化 ,显著提高经济效益。 The blending experiments for producing leadless gasoline for vehicle such as 90 #,93 # and 95 # gasoline were carried out,using the catalytic cracking gasoline and straight run distillate produced by Huabei Oil Field. First Refinery as main components, MTBE and No.2 benzene as blending components and MMT as antiknock additive.The reasonable blending schemes for 90 #,93 # and 95 # leadless gasoline were determined respectively by comparison tests of various blending components under different proportions.The comprehensive analysis data of 90 #,93 # and 95 # leadless gasoline samples showed that they have completely met the industrial standard of SH0041 93.The results will enable the leadless gasoline to be produced in series and then bring a remarkable profit for the refinery.
