摘要
研究了硫酸介质中 ,Cr(ⅵ )氧化二甲酚橙褪色的最佳条件。其最大吸收波长λmax为 430nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,检测范围为 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5ml。方法适用环境水样中Cr(ⅵ )的含量测定 ,快速而灵敏 ,具有一定的推广价值。
The optimum conditions for the oxidation of xylenol orange by chromium(ⅵ) in a H 2SO 4 medium were studied in this paper. The maximum absorption is at 430 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity and the linear range of determinationis are 1.3×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and 0~20?μg/25?ml, respectively. This method is suitable for the determination of chromium(ⅵ) in industrial waste water, with the recovery of 97.6%~101.2%.
