论述天然气项目成本管理的重要性,结合深圳市天然气高压输配系统工程项目的成本管理实践,探讨成本管理的原则、具体措施,提出了成本管理过程中需要关注的问题。
The importance for natural gas pro- ject cost management is described. Combined with the cost management practice of natural gas high-pressure transmission and distribution system project in Shenzhen City, the principle and specific measures of the cost management are discussed, and the problems needing attention during the cost management are put forward.
