摘要
用泡生法生长出不同Nd3+ 掺杂浓度的Nd3+ ∶CaLa2 B10 O19(NLCB)晶体 ,测试了晶体的透射光谱、荧光光谱、倍频效应等性质。NLCB晶体在 580nm和 80 5nm处有很强的吸收 ,能与二极管激光器有效耦合。在 90 0nm和 1.0 6 μm处各有一荧光峰 ,1.0 6 μm处的荧光寿命为 75μs。NLCB的粉末倍频效应为KDP的 2倍。
Nd 3+ ∶CaLa 2B 10 O 19 (NLCB)crystals with different Nd 3+ concentrations have been grown by Kyropoulos method.The fluorescence spectra, transmission spectra,and powder SHG effect of the crystals have been measured.The results show that NLCB has two strong absorption bands at 580nm and 805nm respectively,which makes diode laser pumping feasible. There are two fluorescence peaks at 900nm and 1.06μm.The fluorescence lifetime at 1.06μm is about 75μs.The powder SHG effect of NLCB is twice that of KDP.
