摘要
大型锻压设备一般采用拉杆预紧的组合式框架结构。拉杆预紧力对设备的刚度、稳定性等性能参数具有显著影响,特别是对大型锻压设备而言拉杆预紧力更为重要。本文使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,分别从等值预紧力、非得值预紧力与机身刚度的关系,预紧力与机身应力关系,预紧力与拉杆应力关系三方面进行分析,确定了该型机床预紧力的可取范围为1~1.5倍工作载荷,并验证了该内高压成形机设计的合理性,提出了针对该机的优化建议:靠近工作载荷的拉杆应增加直径以降低应力。
The relationship of equivalent preload force, non - equivalence preload force and body stiffness, the relationship of preload force and body stress, and the relationship of preload force and pull bars stress are analyzed with FE analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that the reasonable range of preload force of 60MN internal high-pressure forming machine is 1 - 1. 5 times of the working load. The design rationality of the internal high-pressure forming machine is verified. An optimization suggestion on the internal high-pressure forming machine is put forward: that is, the diameter of the pull bar near working load should he increased so as to reduce its stress.
