摘要
南阳汉冶特钢3#连铸机浇铸300 mm×2 100 mm Q460C钢时,窄面出现10~12 mm鼓肚,分析发现浇注过程中存在窄面足辊支撑长度短、窄面足辊冷却强度弱、窄面足辊锥度小等问题。通过对窄面足辊结构、窄面足辊冷却强度、窄面足辊锥度等改进,保证了窄面足辊对铸坯支撑、冷却,将窄面鼓肚控制在4 mm内。
The 10 -12 mm bulging appeared on the narrow face of 300 mm × 2100 mm Q460C casting slab, when 3# caster in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Plant cast Q460C casting slab. It was found in the analysis that there were several important factors, for example, short support length, insufficient cooling intensity, and small taper of the narrow foot roll and so on. The improvement of the narrow foot roll ensured the support and cooling to the slab. The bulging was controlled in the range of less than 4 mm.
