摘要
针对某ZG20SiMn大型铸件开裂问题,通过对该铸件两种缺口与裂纹试样进行示波冲击试验和金相观察,分析了该铸件脆性断裂的原因是正火温度不够或保温时间不足,未能完全消除铸态组织,存在残余铸造内应力,并提出改进措施。
The oscillographic impact test and metallographic observation for two types of the cast notches and cracks were made to solve the problem of cracks on a certain large-scale ZG20SiMn cast. It is found that the insufficiency of normalizing temperature or the shortage of temperature holding time is the reason of the brittle fracture of ZG20SiMn cast, in which the residual casting stress and the as-cast microstructure have not been completely eliminated. The improvement measures for such problems are also brought up in this paper.
