摘要
L-天冬酰胺酶是一种对白血病和淋巴瘤有很好治疗效果的抗癌药物。文章从L-天冬酰胺酶的来源、酶学特性、生理作用、酶分子修饰和制备技术几方面详细论述了其最新研究进展。
L-asparaginase is regarded as an effective anti-cancer drug used for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and malignant lymphosarcoma. The latest research progress is reviewed in this paper. The source, enzymology specific property physiological achon, modification and preparation technique of L-asparaginase are especially discussed in detail.
