摘要
建设基于学生社团的高校图书馆营销团队,对提高图书馆营销工作效率、资源利用率和读者满意度具有重要作用。文章探讨基于学生社团的高校图书馆营销团队的内涵,并以广西工学院图书馆为例,从人力资源、营销目标、培训、组织结构、沟通、规章制度及评价指标等方面提出团队建设策略。
Construction of university library's marketing team based on the students' association is of great importance to improve library marketing promotion, utilization of resource and readers' satisfaction. This paper discusses connotation about construction of university library' s marketing team based on the students' association, and taking Guangxi University of Technology Library as an example, offers some countermeasures for team construction from the perspectives of human resources, goals, training, organization structure, communication, rules and evaluation index, etc.
