摘要
背景与目的:乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)是糖酵解中主要的酶,能够催化乳酸变成丙酮酸。本实验主要探讨乳酸脱氢酶同工酶-5(lactate dehydrogenase-5,LDH-5)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)患者血清中的表达量及在疗效监测中的作用。方法:利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法,测定了105例NHL患者与185例健康对照者的血清LDH-5水平,对其中28例化疗患者进行血清LDH-5随访,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果:NHL患者血清LDH-5水平为(10.38±3.52)%,明显高于健康对照者的(7.89±2.67)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。化疗有效的NHL患者,化疗前后测定结果显示,血清LDH-5水平呈递减趋势,不同疗效组间的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LDH-5含量与NHL预后指标具有相关性。结论:LDH-5在NHL诊断与疗效监测中有较好的临床应用价值。
Background and purpose: Lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme 5 (LDHS) is the main enzyme in glycolysis, which catalyze the oxidation of lactate into pyruvate. This study aimed to investigate the level of serum lactate dehydrogenase 5 (LDH-5) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) patients and evaluation of LDH-5 level determination in disease curative effect monitoring. Methods: LDH-5 level of NHL patients (n=105) and healthy controls (n=185) were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and 28 cases patients were detected and statistically analyzed. Results: The serum LDH levels were significantly higher in NHL patients (10.38±3.52)% than that in healthy controls (7.89±2.67)% (P〈0.01). The determinations after chemotherapy decreased progressively and have significant statistical difference (P〈0.05). The LDH-5 expression is significant correlated with NHL prognostic index. Conclusion: LDH-5 detection has a promising role in disease curative effect monitoring assessment of NHL.
