Twist对肾结石所致肾纤维化的影响

摘要 Twist是常染色体上一种编码碱性螺旋-环-螺旋的转录因子,最初在果蝇身上发现,它表达于原线和邻近中胚层的原肠胚中。Twist在中胚层分化中发挥重要作用,在增强骨骼肌分化的同时阻碍其他中胚层的分化[1]。Twist是介导上皮间质转化(EMT)的1个关键基因[2]。
