Janus蛋白酪氨酸激酶-信号转导子和转录激活子信号通路对神经干细胞发育的调控 被引量:2

摘要 神经干细胞(NSCs)是神经系统内处于较早发育阶段的细胞体,可发育成为各种成熟的神经细胞。因此,可以利用NSCs来替代受损的神经细胞,恢复中枢神经系统的功能[1]。Janus蛋白酪氨酸激酶(JAK)-信号转导子和转录激活子(STAT)信号通路是近年来新发现的一条细胞内信号转导途径,许多细胞因子和生长因子都利用该途径传递生物学信号,发挥生物学作用[2]。
