摘要
为了使精心设计的产品能够迎合消费者的喜好,产品不仅要满足消费者的生理需求,更应满足情感(心理)上的需求。在国内外相关文献综述的基础上,论文论述了产品情感研究的现状,特别针对情感研究中关键环节之一的情感测量所用技术进行了详细的论述和比较,总结归纳了情感测量技术的具体方法、名称、测量性质、特点及存在的不足。最后,指出了产品情感研究的趋势。
In order to realize a well-designed product that appeals to consumers, the product should not only meet the physical requirements of consumers, but also satisfy their affective (psychological) needs. Based on the investigation of related literature, the research status of product emotion and emotional measurement technologies are discussed. The method, name, properties, characteristics and deficiency of the emotion measurement technologies are summarized. Finally, the future development trend is outlined.
