摘要
目的制备姜黄素滴丸。方法采用正交设计法,考察滴丸的基质配比、药液温度及冷却剂温度对滴丸硬度、圆整度、拖尾的评级和溶散时间的影响,进行处方筛选和工艺研究。结果制备的姜黄素滴丸外观圆整,丸重差异小,溶散时间短。结论该滴丸处方合理,工艺简单。
Objective To prepare the curcumin guttate pills.Methods The prescription was selected by orthogonal design and the effect of the ratio of groundsubstance,the temperature of drug and refrigerant to the hardness,the circular degree,the tail formation and the dissolution time were studied.Results The appearance and the sharp of curcumin guttate pills were circular.The difference of weight was small.The dissolution time was short.Conclusion The prescription of Curcumin Guttate Pills was reasonable,and the preparation process was simple.
