不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗社区高血脂症的疗效对比研究

Contrast of Clinical Curative Effect of Different Doses of Simvastatin in the Treatment of Community Hyperlipidemia Patients

目的观察不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗社区高血脂症患者的疗效。方法选取本社区收治的94例高血脂症患者,所有患者均采取辛伐他汀治疗,随机分为小剂量治疗组(10mg/d)和大剂量治疗组(20mg/d),每组各47例,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较治疗前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大剂量治疗组患者的改善情况优于小剂量治疗组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量治疗组患者不良反应发生率为4.3%,略低于小剂量治疗组患者的8.5%,不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀大剂量使用治疗高血脂症疗效确切,治疗效果优于小剂量治疗,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of community hyperlipidemia patients.Methods 94 cases of hyperlipidemia patients who were treated by simvastatin in community were randomly divided into low dose group（10mg/d） and large dose group（20mg/d）,47 cases in each group,compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of patients in two groups.Results After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C level of patients in two groups was significantly improved than before,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,clinical curative effect of high dose treatment group was better than those in small doses group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Adverse reaction rate of high dose treatment group was 4.3%,slightly lower than that in low dose group（8.5%）,the difference between two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Takingf large doses of simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia has good efficacy,clinical curative effect is better than that of low dose,and has low rate of adverse reactions,it is worthy of further clinical using.
