摘要
目的探讨RECK和MMP-2在肝纤维化中的作用及其可能机制。方法采用免疫组化EliVisionTMplus法,并应用图像分析法进行定量分析39例手术切除的肝组织标本回复引导半胱氨酸丰富蛋白含kazal基元(RECK)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的变化。结果 RECK在正常组的表达要明显高于肝纤维化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而MMP-2在正常组的表达要明显低于肝纤维化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基质金属蛋白酶在肝纤维化的发生和发展中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of RECK and MMP-2 in the liver and the development of liver cirrhosis.Methods Expression of RECK and MMP-2 in the liver tissues of 39 patients was studied by EliVisionTM plus immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis.Results Increase expression of matrixmetalloproteinases was related to the cirrhosis of liver.In the cirrhotic tissue,the expression of MMP-2 was higher than that in normal tissue(P〈0.01);RECK expression in the verge of cirrhosis tissue was significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P〈0.05).Conclusion RECK and MMP-2 are important factors influencing the development of cirrhosis of liver with different mechanism in RECK and MMP-2.
