Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物情况分析

Situation ofⅠ Class Incision Surgery to Prevent Use of Antimicrobial Agents

目的了解我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的情况,为进一步制定合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2011年6月—2012年1月随机抽查188例手术患者病历资料进行回顾性调查分析,并评价其合理性。结果188例预防使用抗菌药184例,使用率97.87%,术前0.5～2.0h用药者140例,术前>2h用药者11例,术后用药者33例;手术预防用药最短1 d,最长16 d,其中用药时间<24h 75例,<48h 37例,>72h 72例;单一用药163例,占86.7%,二联用药20例,占10.64%,三联用药1例,占0.53%。结论 I类切口手术应严格掌握用药指征,药物选择及用药时间。

Objective To realize the application of antibacterial drugs to patients of Incision I Perioperative,and Provides the basis for the reasonable application of antimicrobial drugs.Methods The medical records of 188 patients between June 2011 to January 2012 were analysised and evaluated.Results 184 patients preventive use antibiotic drugs,the rate of utilization was 97.87 percent.140 patients use the drugs at a half to two hours before the operation,11 patients use the drugs at above two hours before the operation,33 patients use the drugs after the operation.The period of use drugs were 1 day to 16 day,75 patients′ period of use drugs were less than 24 hours,37 patients′ period of use drugs were less than 48 hours,72 patients′ period of use drugs were more than 72 hours.163 patients used one kind drug,20 patients used two kind drug,1 patients used three kind drug.Conclusion The indications,selection and time of using antibacterial drugs to patients of Incision I Perioperative should be Strictly mastered.
