人性化护理在清醒的机械通气患者中的应用效果观察

Observation in Application of Humane Care to Awake Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨人性化护理在清醒的机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法将90例意识清醒的机械通气患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。两组患者均行常规护理。观察组在此基础上,美化住院环境,并采取不同措施加强护患沟通,同时注重心理疏导。评价两组患者护患沟通效果及对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组患者的护患沟通效果及对护理质量满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对机械通气清醒患者应用人性化护理,可建立良好的护患互动沟通,使患者的需求得到及时满足,提高了患者的护理满意度,是一种有效的护理措施。

Objective To investigate the effect of application of humane care to awake patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods 90 patients were divided into observation group（45） and control group（45） randomly.Both groups were received regular nursing care while observation group was received humane care in addition such as beautifying the hospital environment,strengthening the nurse-patient communication,focusing on the psychological counseling.The nurse-patient communication effectiveness and the satisfaction of the nursing care quality were measured in both groups.Results The nurse-patient communication effectiveness and the satisfaction of the nursing care quality in observation group were better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humane care can establish a good nurse-patient communication and improve the satisfaction of the nursing care quality.
