摘要
目的观察满意度测评对手术室护理质量的影响。方法对该院2011年1-5月手术室护士进行满意度测评。比较测评前后护理质量变化情况。结果测评后各项护理质量评分均高于测评前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论满意度测评可有效提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To observe the influence of satisfaction test on nursing quality in operating room.Methods To take a satisfaction test on the operating room nurse of the hospital from January 2011 to May 2011.Compared the changes in the quality of care before and after the test.Results The nursing quality score before the test was higher than that of after,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）Conclusion Satisfaction test can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing quality.
