The Study of Bullwhip Effect Control for Fresh Agriculture Produce Supply Chain

以本地生鲜农品供应链牛鞭效应为研究对象,构建基于第三方物流(TPL)和供应商管理库存(VMI)的生鲜农产品供应链跨链间库存补充合作运作模式,利用VENSIM软件进行建模仿真,结果表明,该模式相比传统生鲜农品供应链运作模式,牛鞭效应显著地降低。

This article is objected to study bullwhip effect of local fresh agricultural product supply chain, and build the cooperative mode of the cross-chain inventory replenishment based on the third-party logistics （TPL） and vendor managed inventory （VMI）, and use VENSIM software to simulate it.The result verify that the mode is quiet effective to reduce the bullwhip effect.
