This paper describes program selection and construction methods of overflow surface concrete construction of Dayingjiang hydropower stations （level four） first hub project barrage. In view that the complex structure is difficult to achieve slipform construction, we can adopt bulk template, which is easy to operate, but the amount of preparatory work is large.
