本文分析了当前勘测单位管理中存在的问题,提出依托先进的信息技术手段,以重庆市国土资源和房屋勘测规划院为例构建综合管理信息系统,规范管理程序,提升管理水平。并在总体设计、主要功能、系统特点和应用效果等方面做出了较为详尽的阐述。

After analyzing the problems of management in present survey units, this paper takes CQISP as an example to establish the integrated management information system with the information technology, which has significantly raised the regulation and level of management for survey units, and focus on general design, main functions, specialty, effect, etc.
