随着高职教育的不断发展,教育部已经明确提出了实施教育信息化建设工程的要求,明确了高等职业教育信息化的概念,高职院校信息化建设就是指为适应信息化社会的要求,营造信息应用环境,整合教育资源,促进和深化教育教学改革,在教学、科研、学习、管理、后勤服务等各方面全面运用以计算机、多媒体和网络通讯为基础的现代信息技术,实现教育教学全过程的信息化。概念的明确为高职教育信息化建设奠定了一定的理论基础,进一步明确高职院校信息化建设的基本内涵,全面把握高职院校信息化建设的基本内容,才能促使高职院校教育信息化建设工作步入一个科学规划、全面发展的良性轨道。

With the continuous development of higher vocational education, the Ministry of Education has put forward education informatization construction, defined the concept of informatization of higher occupation education. Informatization construction of higher occupation education means the modem information technology based on the use of computer, multi-media, and network communication in terms of teaching, scientific researeh, learning, management, logistics services and other aspects for meeting the requirement of information society, creating information application environment, integrating education resources, promoting and deepening the reform in education and teaching, and realizing the information in the process of education. It lays a foundation for information construction of higher vocational education, further defines the basic connotation of the informatization construction of higher vocational colleges, grasps the basic content of information construction in higher vocational colleges, in order to promote the information eonstruetion of higher vocational education go into a scientific planning, comprehensive development.
