摘要
大学生职业生涯规划对大学生活乃至整个人生具有重要的意义,目前大学生在校期间对自己的职业生涯缺乏规划,缺乏对职业和自我的合理认识和定位,职业生涯规划存在许多的问题。本文利用已有大学生职业生涯规划理论和实践成果,发挥大学生职业生涯规划测评系统功能,采用规范研究与实证研究相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合的科学研究方法,从实际出发,对大学生发展中出现的各种现象进行综合分析,及时了解、适时总结,归纳推理并提出具有可操作性的解决对策和建议,指导大学生多样性发展的方向与可能。
College students' career planning has the vital significance to university life, even the whole life. At present, college students lack of their own career planning at college and university, lack of professional and rational self-understanding and positioning. There are a lot of problems in career planning. By using existing college students' career planning theory and practice, the paper gives full play to students' career planning evaluation system function, combining normative research and positive research, qualitative research and quantitative research, starting from the reality, makes a comprehensive analysis on all kinds of phenomenon in the development of college students, timely summary, inductive reasoning and puts forward some operable suggestions and countermeasures to guiding the development of college students" diversity.
