With the in-depth development of the higher education reform, competition among universities is increasing, and as the important social resources of universities, colleges pay more and more attention to alumni. This article attempts to tap the potential of alumni work by exploring the alumni cultural construction based on students at school, hoping to benefit to alumni work.
