摘要
管理心理学理论指出,当员工经济收入达到一定水平之后,企业需要通过激励手段使员工获得归属感、认同感、价值感,稳定员工的思想感情。如果既应用管理心理学的理论,又借鉴中国当代的本土激励形式,可能是一条更好的管理形式。
The management psychological theory thinks that when the employees" income reaches a certain level, companies should make employees get a sense of belonging, identity and worth through incentives to settle the thoughts and feelings of the staff. It may be a better form of management to apply management psychology theory, and also learn from native Chinese contemporary forms of incentives.
