摘要
以 De SOx 助剂生产工业化为研究目标 ,以富镁镁铝尖晶石为研究对象 ,利用微反评价装置 ,结合 XRD、正电子能谱及比表面、孔径分布测定等分析测试手段 ,研究了引入铈、铁、钒等元素对尖晶石结构、组成分布和脱硫性能的影响 ,以及在含铈的富镁尖晶石中铁、钒元素引起尖晶石结构的变化。
Systematic studies on the activity behavior and characterization results of MgAl 2O 4·MgO spinels prepared by acidic method were carried out. The effect of promoting components such as cerium, iron and vanadium on the spinels structure and performance were discussed by several techniques (micro reactor activity test system, XRD, PASCAL, BET and SEM). It was concluded that the DeSO x activity had a optimum value and the value of I 3 was the lowest, while the amount of CeO 2 on MgAl 2O 4 reached the monolayer dispersed threshold; it was found that effects of Al 3+ ions being partially substituted by Fe 3+ ions in the MgAl 2O 4·MgO spinels will become iron mixed solid solution spinels (MgAl 2 x Fe x O 4·MgO, x =0.1~0.5) and has excellent DeSO x activity ( x =0.2~0.4); supported vanadium catalyst may improve sufficiently DeSO x activity and has a shorter reduction time compared with that without vanadium element.
