中国共产党的思想政治工作不仅要解决人们的政治立场、政治观点、政治行为等问题,还要解决人们的世界观、人生观、道德观问题,所以思想政治工作一直以来都是党建的工作重点。随着社会的发展与进步,思想政治工作在企业中的进展方式也不段改进。本文提出新形势下,将思想政治工作转化为企业的凝聚力,并且推动企业生产力的发展。

The ideological and political work is not only to solve the problem of people＇s political state, view and behavior, but also is to solve the problem of people＇s view to the world, life and ideology, so it is the important work for the Party construction. With the development and progress of the society, the development way of the ideological and political work is also improving. This paper tries to change the ideological and political work into the enterprise cohesion to promote the productivity of enterprise.
