摘要
就一种新型铁钛复合添加剂对提高合成镁钙砂抗水化性的影响进行了研究 ,结果表明 :铁钛优先固溶到氧化钙中 ,通过离子扩散和液相作用 ,促进烧结 ,提高抗水化性。最佳添加量为 w=0 .0 1~ 0 .0 1 5,铁钛最佳质量比为 70 /30。
Effects of the new titanium ferrous composite additions for improving the hydrous resistance of the synthetic MgO CaO clinker is studied. The results show that titanium ferrous soluble in quick lime to promote sintering and raise the hydrous resistance through the ionic diffusion and the liquid phase action. The best amount of titanium ferrous to be added is w =0.01~0.015, and the best proportion of Fe to Ti is 70 to 30 (mass).
