土木工程的投资估算是编制建设项目建议书、可行性研究报告等前期工作阶段投资估算的依据,也可以作为编制固定资产长远规划投资额的参考。估算指标的正确制定对于提高投资估算的准确度,对建设项目的合理评估、正确决策具有重要的意义。
Investment estimation of civil engineering is the base for the preparation of the construction project proposal, feasibility study report and investment estimation in preliminary work stage, and also can be used as the reference for the t）~,＇paJation of long-term planning investment of fixed assets. The correct formulation of estimating index has great significance to impro^iT^z the accuracy of investment estimation, as well as the reasonable assessment and correct decision of the construction project.
