浅谈施工项目成本控制的有效措施

施工项目成本控制是目前项目管理中十分重要的一项管理内容,施工企业应当能够对成本控制的重要性有一个正确的认识,这样才能够有效的降低成本,从而达到提高效益的结果。在本文中,主要的目的是分析项目成本管理中所存在的问题,并对其进行深入的分析,并得出应对的措施。其主要的行驶措施由成本预测、工程直接成本、间接成本、质量成本、工期及预算收入等途径来实现。

The construction project cost control is very important content in the current project management, construction companies should be able to have a correct understanding of the importance of cost control, so that it can effectively reduce the cost efficiency. In this paper, the main problems in the project cost management were analyzed, and measures were proposed, which includes cost projections, project＇s direct costs, indirect costs, quality cost, schedule,budget revenues and other approches.
